How to choose a site to buy Instagram followers in the US? Ignore the “#1 rated” banners and compare five things you can actually verify: price per 1,000, refill coverage, payment options, password policy and real support. Below is the checklist, plus a side-by-side table of what InfluCheap, Buzzoid and Twicsy publish today, and what two other well-known sites do and don’t show.
Short answer: pick the site that publishes its prices, states its refill terms in days, never asks for your password and lets you pay the way you prefer. At InfluCheap USA, 1,000 Instagram followers cost $5.90 (standard) or $12.90 (American), with a 30-day refill guarantee on eligible orders, payment by PayPal, card or ACH, and no password required. Buzzoid and Twicsy list 1,000 from $14.99 on their entry tier, with refills on their higher tiers.
How to choose a site to buy Instagram followers: 5 checks
-
Price per 1,000, same quantity
Compare the same package everywhere (we use 1,000 followers). Tier names are not standardized, so look at what each tier includes, not its label.
-
Refills, in days and per tier
“Guaranteed” means nothing without a number of days. Check whether the refill covers every tier or only the expensive ones, and what conditions apply.
-
Payment options you trust
Prefer a checkout that uses a processor you already know (PayPal, card, bank transfer). Crypto-only checkouts leave you with little recourse.
-
No password, ever
You only need to give a public @handle. Any site that asks for your Instagram login is a red flag, whatever it promises.
-
A real way to reach support
Look for a contact you can use after you pay: WhatsApp, email or a ticket system, listed on the site itself.
Side-by-side: what each site publishes today (October 29, 2026)
We used the 1,000-follower package as the common reference and only wrote what each site shows on its public pages. Where a detail isn’t published, the table says so instead of guessing.
| Site | 1,000 followers | Refill (as listed) | Payment (as listed) | Password | Start of delivery (as listed) |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| InfluCheap USA | $5.90 standard · $12.90 American | 30-day refill on eligible products | PayPal, debit/credit card, ACH bank transfer | Not required | Not published on the product page |
| Buzzoid | $14.99 High-Quality · $22.99 Premium · $39.99 VIP | 30-day refills listed from Premium; 30-day money-back guarantee on packages | Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, crypto | Not required | “Within minutes” |
| Twicsy | $14.99 High Quality · $22.99 Active · $39.99 VIP | 30-day refills listed on Active and VIP; page also describes a 30-day money-back guarantee | PayPal, cards, crypto | Not required | “Fast” on the entry tier, “instant” on VIP |
| SidesMedia | Instagram price not shown on the page we checked | 30-day refill on every order | Not specified | Not required | Most orders start within 30 minutes |
| Media Mister | Instagram price not shown on the page we checked | Retention warranty, days not stated | Stripe, CoinPayments | Not required | Usually 1-2 working days |
Prices and terms change often. Always confirm them on the product page the day you buy.
What each option does better
Honest comparisons admit where the other side wins, so here is our read of the table:
- InfluCheap USA: the lowest price per 1,000 in the table and a 30-day refill that isn’t reserved for an upper tier. Where we’re behind: we take fewer payment options in the US (no Apple Pay, Google Pay or crypto), our product page doesn’t publish a delivery start time, and we have fewer tiers.
- Buzzoid and Twicsy: more payment options, more tiers (including targeted followers on VIP), and a longer track record. Buzzoid’s page presents it as a growth service since 2012. The trade-off is a higher entry price, and on both the refills are listed on the higher tiers.
- SidesMedia and Media Mister: they publish a clearer delivery window, but we couldn’t verify an Instagram follower price on the pages we checked, so we can’t rank them on cost.
Standard or American followers: which one should you pick?
If you decide on InfluCheap, the choice depends on the account. For a business, store or brand page, standard followers make sense: visitors notice the number, rarely the list. For a personal brand or creator, American followers are the better fit if you want that list to look like US profiles. Either way, your profile must be public and you only give us your @handle. Red flags when you choose a site to buy Instagram followers
- It asks for your Instagram password or a “login to verify”.
- It promises “lifetime” guarantees but gives no refill conditions or number of days.
- It hides prices until you create an account.
- It has no contact other than a chat bubble that disappears after payment.
- It guarantees results that depend on Instagram itself, such as a fixed number of new followers from the Explore page.
Frequently asked questions
Do you need my Instagram password?
No. We never ask for passwords or access to your account. You only enter your public @handle or profile link at checkout.
What happens if some followers drop?
Eligible products include a 30-day refill guarantee, counted from the day the order is marked delivered. It applies as long as your profile stays public, you don’t change your username, and you don’t run another provider’s order on the same profile. Full conditions are in our Refill Policy.
How can I pay?
At checkout you can pay with PayPal, a debit or credit card, or an ACH bank transfer. Prices are in US dollars.
How long does delivery take?
Processing begins once the payment is confirmed. We don’t publish a fixed delivery time on the product page, so we don’t quote one here; timing depends on the package and is shown at checkout.
How do I contact support?
By WhatsApp at +1 702-931-9019 or by email at influcheap@gmail.com. Include your order number if you already bought.
