Welcome to InfluCheap USA. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of influcheap.us, including purchases of digital social media products offered through the website.

Products are delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped.

3. No Platform Affiliation

InfluCheap USA is independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Meta, X, Threads, Spotify, Twitch, LinkedIn, Telegram, PayPal, Binance, or any other third-party platform mentioned on the website.

All third-party names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the platforms related to the products.

4. Customer Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to place an order. If you purchase on behalf of a business, brand, client, or organization, you confirm that you have authority to do so.

5. Public Profiles, Links, and Order Details

To deliver a digital product, we may require a public profile URL, username, post link, channel link, track link, playlist link, or another public identifier.

You are responsible for entering the correct information at checkout. If you submit an incorrect, private, restricted, deleted, unavailable, or incomplete link, delivery may be delayed, limited, or impossible.

We do not ask for your social media password. Do not provide passwords or private account credentials through the website, email, WhatsApp, or any other channel.

6. Order Acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse, cancel, pause, or request additional information for any order when:

payment cannot be verified;

8. Digital Product Nature

Our products are digital and customized to the profile, post, URL, or account submitted by the customer. Once processing begins, an order may not be cancellable because fulfillment resources have already been assigned to the submitted target.

InfluCheap USA provides digital social proof products, but we do not guarantee a specific business outcome, revenue increase, algorithmic ranking, account growth rate, engagement rate, customer conversion, or long-term platform result.

Third-party platforms may change their rules, systems, algorithms, moderation practices, or metrics at any time. You are responsible for using our products in a way that is consistent with your own risk tolerance and any third-party platform rules that apply to your account.

10. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

keep your submitted profile, post, channel, or account public during processing;
avoid deleting, hiding, renaming, changing, restricting, or moving the submitted target during delivery;
avoid placing overlapping orders with other providers on the same target while our order is processing;
provide accurate contact and order information;
use the website and products only for lawful purposes.

11. Prohibited Uses

You may not use InfluCheap USA to:

harass, impersonate, defame, threaten, or harm others;
promote illegal activity, scams, deception, hate, violence, or exploitation;
interfere with third-party systems or violate applicable law;
submit targets you do not own, control, manage, or have permission to promote;
abuse promotions, rewards, refunds, refills, coupons, or payment systems;
attempt unauthorized access to the website, accounts, order systems, or payment systems.

12. Prices, Payments, and Taxes

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Payment methods are shown at checkout and may include PayPal, debit or credit card through PayPal where available, Binance Pay, bank transfer, or other methods.

You are responsible for any taxes, bank fees, card fees, conversion fees, network fees, or payment processor fees that apply to your purchase.

We may change prices, products, packages, promotions, or payment methods at any time. Changes do not affect orders already accepted unless correction is required because of an obvious error.

13. Refunds, Cancellations, and Refills

14. Rewards Program

Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

21. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless InfluCheap USA LLC from claims, damages, costs, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the website, your submitted targets, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, or your infringement of third-party rights.

22. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. This does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections that may apply under the laws of their state or jurisdiction.
