These Rewards Program Terms govern InfluCheap USA rewards, points, cashback credits, store credits, account credits, promotional balances, and similar loyalty features.
1. Program Overview
InfluCheap USA may offer customers promotional rewards for eligible purchases, account activity, referrals, campaigns, or special promotions.
Rewards are intended to be used only toward eligible future purchases on influcheap.us.
2. No Cash Value
Rewards are promotional credits only. They:
- are not cash;
- are not legal tender;
- are not a deposit, security, crypto asset, stored value account, or financial product;
- cannot be withdrawn;
- cannot be redeemed for cash;
- cannot be transferred, sold, assigned, traded, or exchanged outside InfluCheap USA;
- have no value outside InfluCheap USA.
3. Earning Rewards
Reward rates, cashback percentages, point values, earning conditions, and eligible products may be shown at checkout, in your account, or in a promotional offer.
Unless stated otherwise, rewards are earned only after a purchase is paid, accepted, and not canceled, refunded, reversed, charged back, or marked fraudulent.
4. Using Rewards
Rewards may be applied to eligible future purchases according to the rules shown on the website. Certain products, promotions, payment methods, taxes, fees, subscriptions, special orders, or discounted items may be excluded.
Rewards cannot be used to purchase cash equivalents or to bypass payment verification.
5. Adjustments, Reversals, and Cancellations
We may remove, reverse, or adjust rewards when:
- an order is refunded, canceled, reversed, disputed, or charged back;
- rewards were issued by mistake;
- a customer violates our Terms;
- the activity appears fraudulent or abusive;
- a promotion was misused;
- required payment was not received or verified.
6. Expiration
Reward expiration rules, if any, may be displayed in your account or in the applicable promotional offer. If no expiration is displayed, rewards remain subject to these Terms and may still be adjusted or removed for fraud, abuse, error, legal compliance, or account closure.
7. Account Closure or Suspension
If your account is closed, suspended, or restricted because of fraud, abuse, chargebacks, unlawful activity, or violation of our Terms, unused rewards may be forfeited.
8. Program Changes
We may modify, pause, limit, or discontinue the Rewards Program at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to avoid unfairly removing valid rewards without notice, but we reserve the right to make changes required for security, fraud prevention, technical operation, or legal compliance.
9. Errors
Displayed reward balances may be delayed or incorrect because of technical errors, caching, payment status, or processing delays. Our internal records control the final reward balance.
