@lianavalentere: Wellness, Beauty, and a Positive Mindset

@lianavalentere is a wellness and beauty creator with a following of nearly 98,000 on Instagram. Her bio reads simply: “Wellness • Beauty • Lifestyle” and “Positive Mindset in Everyday Life,” and that mix is exactly what shows up across her feed. She’s represented by a management team for press and collaboration inquiries, which is typical of creators who have moved past the hobbyist stage and into a more structured, professional version of content creation.

At just under 100,000 followers, the account sits in that useful middle ground between micro and mega influencer: large enough to signal real reach and a professional operation, but still small enough that individual posts and Stories tend to get genuine engagement rather than getting lost in a massive feed. For brands and readers scouting the wellness and beauty space, accounts at this size are often where the most authentic day-to-day content lives.

What they post and how

The account leans into a polished, editorial style rather than raw day-in-the-life clips: sharp portraits, well-lit interiors, and a consistent visual tone that reads more like a lifestyle magazine spread than a typical grid. Skincare and self-care rituals sit alongside outfit and location-driven posts, tied together by the “positive mindset” theme she references in her bio. It’s the kind of account that treats wellness as a full lifestyle rather than a single niche, covering everything from beauty routines to the everyday moments around them.

Her Story Highlights back this up: sections labeled “Pure,” “Healthy tips,” “Nutrition,” and a dedicated Q&A folder sit at the top of the profile, alongside a highlight tied to a wellness resort collaboration. That structure suggests the content isn’t only about how things look, it’s also meant to be useful, with a running thread of practical wellness and nutrition tips that followers can return to well after a post has scrolled out of the feed.

Why it works

What sets this account apart within the wellness-and-beauty space is consistency of tone. A lot of accounts in this niche bounce between product promos, transformation posts, and personal vlogging, which can feel scattered. Here, the throughline is a calm, aspirational aesthetic that stays intact whether the post is about a skincare step, an outfit, or just a quiet moment at home. That kind of visual discipline is part of what keeps an audience engaged post after post, rather than just for one viral moment.

There’s also a clear separation between the public-facing feed and the business side of the account. Having dedicated press and collaboration emails listed directly in the bio, rather than routing everything through DMs, signals an account that treats brand outreach as an actual workflow. It’s a small detail, but it’s the kind of thing that tends to show up on accounts that have already worked with a few partners and are set up to keep doing it at a bigger scale.

What you can learn from this profile

A few takeaways for anyone building in this space: first, pick one visual mood and stick with it, since the account’s polished, low-clutter look is instantly recognizable scroll after scroll. Second, let the “why” behind your niche show up in the bio and carry through the captions, not just the imagery, so followers understand the value system behind the content. Third, treat wellness and beauty as connected rather than separate buckets. Posts here move between skincare, styling, and lifestyle without ever feeling off-brand, because they’re all filtered through the same “positive mindset” idea.

Fourth, use Highlights as a second, evergreen layer of content instead of letting them sit empty. Organizing them by topic, nutrition tips in one folder, Q&A in another, a resort partnership in a third, turns the profile itself into something new visitors can browse, not just a feed they have to scroll through chronologically. That structure does a lot of the work of holding attention once someone lands on the profile from a single viral post or a tagged Story.

Accounts like this one are a good reminder that steady, well-produced content tends to outperform sporadic bursts of activity. For creators working to grow a similar audience in the wellness or beauty space, building real momentum around a stronger US Instagram following can help new content actually reach the people most likely to care about it.
