@imbellaangelina: Hosting Live Shopping for Luxury Resale Fashion

@imbellaangelina, known off Instagram as Bella Angelina, has built an audience of more than 47,000 followers around a niche that sits at the intersection of luxury fashion resale and live shopping. Her bio describes her straight up as a “Live Shopping Host & Sales Strategist,” with a tagline that sums up the whole account: she turns viewers into buyers. Based in El Paso, Texas, she runs on-site livestreams that treat a rack of resale and designer pieces less like a store shelf and more like a stage. It’s a format that borrows more from live TV shopping and auction houses than from the average influencer post, and it puts her in a fairly small group of US fashion creators actually building a following around the selling itself, not just the styling.

What they post and how

The feed mixes two things that don’t always show up together: the polish of a luxury fashion account and the pace of a live sales floor. Her Instagram highlights are organized by event and location rather than by outfit, with reels tied to specific shows, including one labeled the “ABQ Super Show,” alongside travel content that follows her between El Paso and stops further south, including Mexico City. The through-line across formats is presence: she’s usually on camera at the point of sale, describing a piece while it’s still in front of a live audience, which is a very different rhythm from a typical flat-lay or studio fashion post. That travel pattern also means the account doubles as a loose calendar of where a shopper could actually catch one of her shows in person, which is a piece of practical information a purely aesthetic fashion feed rarely bothers to give its audience.

Why it works

Live shopping is still a small format on Instagram compared with straight product photography, and that scarcity is part of what makes an account like this one stand out in the luxury resale space. Instead of asking a follower to imagine how a bag or jacket looks, she shows it moving, held, tried on, and priced in real time, which shortens the gap between seeing an item and deciding on it. Pairing that with an identity built specifically as a “sales strategist,” not just a stylist or a shopper, signals to an audience that the account is built around closing a sale, not just curating a look. Resale buyers in particular tend to want reassurance about condition and authenticity before they commit to a luxury piece, and a live, unedited walkthrough does more of that reassuring work than a static product shot ever could.

What you can learn from this profile

A few things carry over even if live selling isn’t your format. First, put a title on what you do in your bio the way she does with “Live Shopping Host & Sales Strategist” instead of a vague description; it tells a new visitor exactly what kind of content to expect before they scroll once. Second, use highlights to organize by event or moment rather than only by category, since it turns a profile into a timeline someone can browse instead of a static portfolio. Third, treat each appearance, whether it’s a livestream or an in-person pop-up like the ABQ Super Show, as its own piece of content worth documenting, not just a sales event that happens off-camera. And finally, staying specific about the niche, luxury resale rather than fashion in general, makes it easier for the right audience to find the account in the first place. None of that requires a big production budget; it’s mostly a matter of being consistent about labeling what the account does and showing up on camera at the moment the actual transaction happens, instead of only in the polished after-the-fact recap.

For creators experimenting with a similar live-and-sell format, the biggest early bottleneck usually isn’t the product, it’s getting enough eyes on the stream itself before word of mouth kicks in. That’s the gap where giving a fresh livestream clip an initial push in views tends to matter most, simply to get a new post past the slow start every account faces before its content has a track record to lean on.
