This Privacy Policy explains how INFLUCHEAP CHILE SpA, Tax ID 77.820.145-3, located in Santiago, Metropolitan Region, Chile, collects, uses, stores and protects personal information from users of the Vylio mobile application and related services.

2. Information we collect
Vylio may collect account information, app usage information, order information, technical information and support information. This may include email address, display name, Firebase user ID, Vios balance, total orders, rewards, active discounts, transaction history, order history, selected social network, selected service, quantity, username, profile, URL, link, cost in Vios, support messages, status, timestamps and diagnostic information.
3. Purpose of processing
Vylio processes user information to create and manage accounts, allow secure sign-in, manage Vios balances, process digital service orders, register transactions and order payments, apply rewards and discounts, provide customer support, prevent fraud or abuse, maintain service security, improve the app, comply with legal obligations, manage account deletion requests and communicate important service information.
4. Firebase and third-party services
Vylio uses Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore to provide account access, authentication, data storage, order management and other app features. The app may also use Google Play Billing, Google Play, AdMob, analytics or similar tools when implemented. These services may process information according to their own terms and privacy policies.
5. Social media usernames and links
To process digital services, users may need to provide a public username, profile URL, post URL, channel URL, video URL or similar link. Users must ensure that the information provided is correct, public and corresponds to the intended account or content. Vylio does not request, collect or require passwords for social media accounts.
6. Vios, transactions and orders
Vios are Vylio's internal app currency. Information related to Vios, purchases, rewards, discounts, transactions and orders may be stored to provide the service, verify balances, prevent fraud, resolve disputes and maintain proper operational records.
7. Data retention and deletion
Vylio may retain user information for as long as necessary to provide the service, maintain transaction and order records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations and protect the rights and interests of Vylio and its users. When a user requests account deletion, certain information may be deleted or anonymized. Some data may be retained when necessary for legal, security, fraud prevention, support, tax, accounting, commercial compliance, dispute resolution or legitimate business purposes.

Technical data processing
Vylio uses Firebase Authentication for sign-in, Cloud Firestore for app records, and a private Hostinger MySQL backend for balances, purchases, rewards and orders. Firebase App Check helps validate app requests. Google Play Billing and AdMob process purchase or advertising information when those integrations are enabled. Support email is handled through the operator’s email service.
