Users may request deletion of their Vylio account and associated personal data.
1. How to request account deletion
Users may request account deletion by email, identifying their Vylio account: influcheap@gmail.com

2. Information required
To process an account deletion request, Vylio may request information necessary to identify the account, such as registered email address, user ID if available, proof of account ownership if necessary and additional information required to prevent unauthorized deletion.
3. Information that may be retained
Some information may be retained temporarily or permanently when necessary for legal obligations, tax or accounting obligations, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, support history, order history, transaction records, prevention of abuse, compliance with commercial obligations or protection of Vylio's rights and legitimate interests.
4. Effect of account deletion
After account deletion, the user may lose access to account login, Vios balance, order history, rewards, discounts, support history, app preferences and any services associated with the account. Deletion may be irreversible once completed.
