These Terms and Conditions regulate access to and use of the Vylio mobile application, digital services, Vios, orders, rewards, support channels and related services provided by INFLUCHEAP CHILE SpA, Tax ID 77.820.145-3, located in Santiago, Metropolitan Region, Chile.

2. Description of the service
Vylio provides digital products and services intended for social media on the Internet. The app allows users to create an account, access digital services for social networks, obtain or purchase Vios, use Vios to create orders, view order history, use rewards and discounts, contact support and access legal information.
3. Vios
Vios are Vylio's internal app currency. Vios may be used to create orders within the app. They are not legal tender, bank money, electronic money, securities, financial instruments, crypto-assets or withdrawable funds. They cannot be withdrawn as cash, transferred outside the app or used outside Vylio unless expressly stated by Vylio.
4. Orders
To create an order, the user must select the social network, service, quantity and required username, profile, link, post, video, channel or target. The user is responsible for entering correct, complete, public and accessible information.
5. Delivery
Delivery times may vary depending on the selected service, social network, quantity, provider availability, platform conditions, technical issues and operational workload. Some services may be delivered gradually. A status marked as "Processed" means that the order has been processed operationally and delivery may continue gradually depending on the service.
6. No password required
Vylio never asks for the password of any social media account. Users must never provide passwords through the app, support channels, order notes or any other communication method.
7. Rewards and discounts
Vylio may offer rewards such as daily check-ins, Lucky Wheel rewards, Google Play review rewards, ads, bonuses, promotions or other mechanisms. Rewards may include Vios or discounts. Discounts may have expiration dates, usage limits, percentages and specific conditions.
8. Refunds and replacements
Refunds, replacements, guarantees and support requests are governed by Vylio's Refund and Replacement Policy.
